more information re this area
weather very windy, sunny -some tracks plus cross country , It was a long way (4.6 miles) for me !
How kind of you to tidy up the crosses! I would have been tired on this walk too!
ReplyDeleteI live near here and just spent the morning exploring the place. We came across a ruin of a cottage I think? Do you have any idea what it was? It was northeast of the mast at the summit of winter hill, If you followed the footpath for about half an hour
ReplyDeleteAlso well done on tidying the crosses back up :)
