I live close to Winter Hill in Lancashire, hence the title and a lot of our adventures are local to here. We don't just go running, we find places that are interesting, such as old mines, brickworks and other local historic sites. hmm.... someone thinks that using a 4X4 is fun but it ruins the surface and destroys the environment

I use a technique to get feeling back into my hands after getting them wet

this old mining area has been destroyed by the water authorities for no known reason yet they allow 4X4 drivers to destroy the environment ?

The UN has nominated April 2nd as World Autism Awareness Day - a day for people across the globe to come together to raise awareness of autism and the effect it has on families.
